I am a woman that found herself in a relationship with a "one hit wonder".  Seriously, he would hit the down stroke one (1) good time, climax and fall into a deep sleep. I tried everything from gently shaking him to the slamming door routine the following morning.  He always tried to make up for it but the re-play was not much better.  During this relationship I gained ten pounds from wondering into the kitchen to take my frustations out on the cheesecake or anything else that happened to be in the fridge.

One night in particular  after he collapsed,  I attempted (again) to finish myself but I just could not get my imagination in gear. I tossed and I turned until my mind showed me pictures of Erick, the new guy from carpool. Wow, he was so hot but totally uninterested in a chubby chick with dark circles around her eyes, well at least not at that time... but that's a tale for the Quickies page.

This fantasy somehow evolved into a mental epic that I put on paper and shared with a friend.  Soon the word got out and I was something like a "pusher" because I would get "orders" for a short story at all times of the day and night from my girlfriends.  When perfect strangers started sending me emails asking if I had written anything recently, I knew then that there was a market for my stories.

Thank you for giving me an audience and for purchasing my e-book. - M. Jeannine
